LE Department and Agency Services

Pathfinder Defense is always looking for police trade ins. Will pay top dollar for Un-used; Old; Surplus department weapons (including semi autos, machine guns, silencers); Confiscated; Surrendered; Crime firearms.

Most police agencies do not want to be in the position of gun dealer in marketing and selling their surplus firearms. I am not a broker and act as principal in every transaction resulting in fast quotes and payments.

Pathfinder defense can ensure that the firearms enter legal channels and guarantees that your agency is free of liability from possessing old and worn weapons in inventory as well as alleviates the fears that the weapons will fall into unqualified hands.

Pathfinder Defense also offers trade up, Trade in your old stuff toward new stuff. We'll simply work out a trade of your old gear, guns, or confiscated property towards the acquisition of your brand-new guns/ gear. More often than not, we can set you up with new guns at no cost to the department whatsoever. Give us your list of your old guns and gear, and your wish list of new stuff.

Laser Engraving also available for all products at no additional cost, “Restricted/LE Use”, “Custom Logos” or “Inventory Management codes”. Meets and exceeds ATF depth and height requirements.

Training

Pathfinder Defense offers AR-15/M-16/AR-10 Armorer 2 Day Course

Price: $550.00

Supervisors, and Tactical Units. With that comes the need of having qualified Armorers or Range Masters to service and maintain these weapons on a regular basis. This course covers all AR-15/M-16/AR-10 type weapons systems made and their variants. Armorers will be certified in the proper maintenance, care, and repair of these weapons systems, including semi-auto and select-fire trigger systems.

All tools, manuals, and anything else that is necessary is supplied. Students are required to bring their own weapon systems to get familiar with their own configuration and modifications, plus this allows the time for a good thorough cleaning and inspection, plus we can replace and repair any parts necessary. This is a very intensive course that we cover in 2-days, so be prepared to get a lot of hands-on knowledge.

Once class is complete students will be awarded with an Industry Standard 5-year Armorer's Certification as well as a paperback Armorer’s Manual Book. Replacement and extra manuals can be purchased for $50.

The course Location depends on how many students enrolled. Please contact day prior for location directions. The course starts at 8am and runs until 5pm with an hour for lunch.

NFA Items

If you purchase and NFA item from Pathfinder Defense we will create a digital profile and an ATF eForms account for you. We will build your profile with your pedigree information and or trust information. We use digital FBI format .etf fingerprint files and digital images. Setup time is 30 minutes and after that it is only a matter of minutes to file the forms. We provide your pictures and .eft files free of charge after set up for form 1's. All of this leads to on average shorter wait times than the industry standards. Some customers reporting wait times of only 1 days All data is stored locally and encrypted.

In state residents after set can enjoy our mail a can service. Once approved we can ship the NFA right to your door stop(WYOMING RESIDENTS ONLY)

We will transfer your suppressor or SBR to your preferred local FFL/SOT dealer in your state. After your order is placed, we will prompt you to select a FFL/SOT in your state, simply ask them to provide us their FFL/SOT information via email.

Form 3 transfers are initiated within 24 hours of receiving your payment and dealer information. Once approved for transfer to your local dealer, you may contact them to begin the Form 4 transfer to yourself, trust, or corporation.

Your local dealer will collect the $200 BATFE transfer tax per NFA item, your trust/corporation documents and responsible person information for trust/legal entity transfers or your full legal name for individual transfers, as well as a transfer fee for himself for handling your Form 4 paperwork and storing your items.

Civilian Services

  We manufacture/deal/transfer/import/export all Title I Weapons, Title II Weapons and ammunition to civilians(pending qualification check).

Transfer Pricing:

Title 1 Firearms(Long guns/Pistols/Other): $20

Title 2 Firearm(NFA Items: Silencers, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs, DD) $75

Machine Guns: $200 for value up to $50,000. 1% of sale price on anything over $50,000.

Other Services Offered:

NICS Check $10, finger prints and passport photos $20(2 sets of prints and 2 photos for non customers, can also assist in Form 1 and Form 4 generation),

Laser Engraving: NFA Engraving $40(personal, Corporate or trust information), magazine and firearm engraving contact for pricing quote.

Gunsmith and Troubleshooting($40/Hour, 1 hour minimum)

Barrel Threading available call for pricing. Chop, mill annular OD, thread and crown.
